When you first create a user account to access the payment portal, you will be sent a verification email.
- Sometimes this email can go into your spam/junk/other email inbox folders. Please check these inboxes for the verification email.
If you first access the payment portal from a "Pay Invoice" email, and then you choose to create a user with the same email address that received the email directly, you will NOT have to verify your email address - it will be recognized already. As such, you will not receive a verification email. Instead, you can log into the portal with the email address and password you created.
If you did not receive a verification email and your user account was created with a different email address than the one that was sent an Invoice Email, it could be due to your email server's firewall. Click here to access email troubleshooting steps.
