There may be a situation where an invoice is visible in your portal, and you can pay the invoice from the portal, but you cannot download or view a PDF of the invoice.
If you cannot see a PDF of your invoice, it is because we are a new payment portal for your firm and we do not have a copy of that past invoice available for download.
To receive a copy of an invoice PDF not in the payment portal, please email your billing contact at the firm.
All future invoice PDFs will be attached as a PDF to the invoice email you receive from the firm and is visible and available for download in your payment portal.
