Use the steps below to preview, download, and print a PDF of your Invoices. Invoices will be visible to you in the "Invoices" tab of your payment portal if it has been emailed to you by your billing contact.
- If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please contact your billing contact
Steps to preview and print an invoice:
- Log into the portal with your username and password. Click Here if you need help setting up your account.
- By default, you will view the "Invoices" tab.
- Select the three small dots next to the invoice you would like to view and print.
- Select “Preview”.
- The invoice will pop up and you can right click to print.
- Note: Be sure you enabled pop-ups if they are blocked by your browser
Steps to export one or more invoice(s) PDF:
- Log into the portal with your username and password.
- By default, you will view the "Invoices" tab.
- Select the three small dots next to the invoice you would like to export.
- Select “Export”.
- The PDF will automatically download and you can view the downloaded PDF and save.
- To export multiple invoices, when viewing the invoices, select the checkmark next to all of the invoices you would like to export.
- Then at the top of the invoices list, an option will appear to “Export X Invoices”.
- Select this option and the invoices will download as separate files, one invoice per PDF file.
