If you receive a Failed Payment notification for a payment made with your Bank Account, and you are confident this is not due to insufficient funds, it could be due to a Debit Block.
Some banking institutions and their clients opt to have a Debit Block for an added layer of security. Debit Blocks will automatically dispute transactions, which will cause a payment to fail either at checkout, or a day or two later.
If you or your bank utilize debit blocks, we would highly suggest providing the following Payee IDs to your list of allowed accounts:
- 1800948598 - Stripe Payments Company
- 4270465600 - Stripe Payments Company
This will let your bank know that you are aware of the transactions coming through Aiwyn to your firm and want to allow them to process.
If you do not let your bank know and your payment is disputed automatically, please reach out directly to support@aiwyn.ai. We will simply need to verify your account for future transactions made through Aiwyn.
