Third party paying services are abundant in our world and can be very convenient. We want to make sure that users who may be accessing the Aiwyn Payment Portal for multiple clients are ensuring best practices and the necessary security measures to not share sensitive information to other users. Please share this information with your vendor if you are using one.
When the payment portal is accessed through either an emailed invoice link or if the user enters in the client key (client number and invoice number) to access the payment portal, they are now visiting the payment portal in direct association to that individual client's account.
After the user has made the appropriate payment, it is very pertinent that the user leaves the payment portal they are currently in before making a payment on behalf of any other clients.
- Please Note: Even if you haven't accessed the payment portal in a few days, best practice is to always ensure that you are signing in each individual time you are using the payment portal by entering the client key.
- To access the portal be sure to select "Make A Payment Without an Account" and enter the client key and invoice every time you make a payment.
If you need to leave a payment portal you are already in select "Sign In" in the top right. This will bring you back to the main portal page so that you can enter in a new client key.
IMPORTANT: If you do not sign out of the appropriate portal, the original client whose portal you are in will be emailed the receipt for the payment and the firm you are making the payment to will receive the payment under the incorrect client's name.
