Summary
In order to proceed with a series of services or projects conducted by your firm, you may receive requests for documentation and information which you are asked to submit through the Aiwyn Client Portal. This process is quick, easy, and intuitive.
This article outlines the features and functions for responding to your firm's Requests.

Request email
Once your firm has prepared their list of requested items, you will receive these in a single email.

When you're ready, simply click the large View Request Details button from the body of the email where you're brought directly to the passwordless sign in page.
Passwordless sign in
When viewing the passwordless sign in page, enter your email address - please enter the email address that received the initial firm request email. After entering your email address, select "Request a magic sign-in link" button.

After entering your email address, check your email and find the email titled "Magic sign-in link for [firm name]". From the body of the email, select the large Sign in button where you're brought back to the Client Portal.

After selecting the Sign in button from the magic link email, you may see a box requesting to agree to Aiwyn's terms of services, select the checkbox and select the submit button.
From here, you'll be signed into the Aiwyn Client Portal and the items requesting your response are visible.
View, respond, and submit items
View request
Once in the Aiwyn Client Portal, you can view the Request. If you have any questions, the contact information of the firm staff member who sent you the Request is visible. Select the Request to view each of the items.

Respond to request
Upon selecting the request as shown in the image above, the entire list of the requested items assigned to you by your firm are visible.
Each item will include the name of the item, the description, it's status, when it is due, and a place to respond to the item, by either entering in a text response, or by uploading a file.

Steps to upload a single file
- Select the item that is a file upload
- Upload the requested file (e.g. W-2, photo ID, balance sheet, etc) from your computer
- The uploaded file is now associated to the requested item within the portal
- Proceed with uploading additional files
- You may leave the portal without selecting to submit the requested items to the firm, as your progress is automatically saved
- Select the large Submit Request for Review button from the left hand panel when you are ready to submit your item(s) to your firm for their review
Steps to upload multiple files at once
If you prefer to upload multiple files at once, you may do so.
- In the left hand panel, toggle from "requests" to "files"
- Select Upload File(s) and select them from your computer
- Upon submission, Aiwyn will use AI to categorize each of the uploaded files to the respective requested item. For example, an uploaded file titled "Driver's License" will automatically be assigned to the requested item titled "Driver's License".
- You may also manually recategorize any submitted file
- You may leave the portal without selecting to submit the requested items to the firm, as your progress is automatically saved
- Select the large Submit Request for review button from the left hand panel when you are ready to submit your item(s) to your firm for their review
Steps to respond to text response items
Your firm may request you enter a text response as part of a request. Simply select the item and enter the text response in the area provided.
Reassign item
If you are personally unable to respond to a certain item, you can easily reassign someone else to do so instead.

- A small window appears allowing you to assign one or more items to someone else
- Enter their first name, last name, and email address (required)
- Optionally, you may also enter a brief message
- Select Send
- The assigned person will receive a request email that includes your brief message
