Summary
Upon your submission of the requested items, including file uploads and text responses, your firm will review the submitted information. Sometimes, the information submitted does not meet your firm's needs and they may request you resubmit the information. This process is very quick to do and the details are covered in this article.

If resubmission is required, you will receive an email from your firm requesting you correct your submission.

In the body of the email will include the name of the item submitted that needs attention, as well as a message from the firm reviewer indicating what should be corrected. When you're ready, select the large View Request button from the body of the email where you're brought directly to the Aiwyn Client Portal.

Once you're back into the portal, the item requiring a change is highlighted. Select the item and upload the file or re-enter the text response.
