We, or your firm, cannot reset your user account password manually. Use the steps below to reset the user account password.
Steps to reset a forgotten password:
- Go to your portal login page
- Enter the email address for your user account
- Select “Forgot Password”
- Enter the email address for your user account
- Select the “Send Reset Link” button
- In a few moments you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your email’s Spam folder as the password reset email may go there.
Steps to change your user account password:
- Log into the portal with your username and password
- Navigate to the top right corner and select your name
- In the drop down, select “Account Settings” (Note: this is referring to your User Account)
- Here you will see your Display Name and Email Address. These cannot be edited.
- Select the “Change” link next to the password to change the password for your User Account.
- Enter the new password twice and save changes.
