Stripe is a secure financial institution used to accept payments made through Aiwyn's Client Portal.
Stripe builds technology that’s used by millions of companies around the world such as Amazon, Google, and Zoom to handle hundreds of billions of dollars of payments.
Aiwyn uses Stripe to secure your payment information when remitting payment to your firm through your Aiwyn Client Portal.
The following information flows through an encrypted connection to Stripe:
- Payments made with Credit Card or Debit Card
- Payments made by linking your bank account through your online banking login authentication
- Payments made by entering your bank account and routing number via encrypted connection via Stripe.
Stripe helps individuals and businesses link their financial accounts so they can share information for streamlined payments and fraud mitigation.
Stripe carefully selects service providers, such as Aiwyn, and Aiwyn is contractually obligated to only use your financial information to process your payment to your firm through Stripe, complying with all legal requirements. Service providers including Aiwyn are prohibited from selling your financial account information. The financial account information you remit via Aiwyn is encrypted and cannot be seen or used outside of the intended purpose of processing your payment.
You are not required to save your payment information.
If you do save your payment information (a Client Portal User account is required), you may choose to delete your saved payment information from the portal at any time.
