Your firm has the option to allow Payment Portal Users to view the Payment History of the user's Client Account(s). They may or may not enable this for your client portal.
If Payment History is enabled by your firm, then you will be able to see the Payment History of your Client Account(s) if you have created and are signed into your Payment Portal User Account
To access your Payment History (if enabled):
- Sign into your Payment Portal User Account
- Select "Payments" from the top menu
- Here you will see your payment history to invoices for all of your linked Client Accounts
The PDF of the invoice payment is available to view and download for invoices sent to you through your Aiwyn 1-Click Invoice Email.
If the PDF of a paid invoice is not available, that means it was sent outside of (or before) Aiwyn and you should instead contact your firm for a copy if necessary.
